• Crossover: AI-powered hiring platform processing tens of thousands of applicants per month, staffing schools and companies globally.

You’ll own one of these platforms and spend most of your time building the complex parts of the codebase alongside a small team (3-5 strong engineers, no juniors). Your architecture decisions determine whether other teams can rapidly build new apps, integrate cleanly, and add value to students. Get this right and you enable massive leverage. The wrong decisions create integration nightmares and kill velocity across multiple teams.
