This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading technology consulting and AI delivery organisation, working directly with strategic enterprise clients.
The AI Forward Deployed Engineer is a remote working role, ideally based in EMEA region, with international travel expected as required.
As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a highly consultative and deeply technical role, embedded within strategic customer environments, supporting the design and implementation of end-to-end AI systems. The AI Forward Deployed Engineer will work across both traditional Machine Learning and modern Generative AI domains, delivering production-grade solutions and rapid proof-of-concepts that enable large-scale AI transformation. Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying Machine Learning systems in production environments is expected as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, including full end-to-end pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. The AI Forward Deployed Engineer will bring strong practical experience in Generative AI and modern AI systems, including transformer-based models, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic systems, and AI orchestration frameworks. Demonstrated experience building AI applications using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar is expected. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is expected as an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, working closely with senior leadership such as CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation, translating complex business problems into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
Key Skills as AI Forward Deployed Engineer:
5+ years’ experience in software engineering, ML engineering, data science, or AI solution delivery in enterprise environments
Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines in production.
Strong knowledge of ML (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection) and deep learning (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG systems, and agent-based applications.
Strong Python skills (JavaScript is a plus) and experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in customer-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or enterprise delivery roles, ideally within major IT services or consulting firms.
