Job Description

We are seeking AI Annotators to join an audio annotation project aimed at improving Voice Assistant interaction analysis.

 

The goal of this project is to accurately segment and analyze conversations between a user and a Voice Assistant. Contributors will listen to long audio recordings and identify distinct interaction boundaries, ensuring each segment represents a complete and meaningful exchange between the user and the assistant.

 

Each recording may contain multiple conversational turns, including user requests, assistant responses, follow-up queries, and occasional background or non-primary speakers. Your task is to carefully isolate and label each interaction from the user’s initial input to the assistant’s response.

 

Key Responsibilities

Listen to full-length audio recordings and identify start and end points of each interaction
Segment audio into clear and meaningful Voice Assistant interactions
Classify interaction types (e.g., question, response, follow-up, repetition)
Group repeated or restated queries as a single interaction where applicable
Ensure each segment represents a complete conversational exchange
Use the Time Series annotation tool to mark events accurately within the audio timeline

Main Requirements

Native-level fluency in (nl_BE–Dutch_Belgium; nl_NL–Dutch_Netherlands; sv_SE–Swedish_Sweden; and th_TH–Thai-Thailand) with strong listening and comprehension skills
Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions
Ability to pass OneForma Certification and KYC verification
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
Good analytical skills to understand conversational flow and intent boundaries
