We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a US founder with executive-level coordination, scheduling, and operational support. This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote international experience and growth into strategic administrative or executive roles.
Salary: $500–$600 USD/month

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendar, meetings, and executive correspondence
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports
Conduct research and provide structured insights
Coordinate follow-ups and action items efficiently
Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration tools
Able to coordinate with US working hours
