Job Description

The Admin & HR Assistant supports day-to-day administrative operations and recruitment coordination. This role is execution-driven and requires strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The Assistant does not make hiring decisions but ensures processes run smoothly, timelines are met, and stakeholders are supported efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Administrative Support

 

Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and operations as assigned.
Manage calendars, scheduling, documentation, and internal trackers.
Maintain accurate digital filing systems and ensure document version control.
Support onboarding and offboarding coordination (documents, checklists, system access).
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Recruitment Support

 

Coordinate recruitment processes under the direction of the hiring manager.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date.
Post job openings on approved platforms and assist with CV screening based on defined criteria.
Prepare interview packs, summaries, and coordination notes as required.

Coordination & Communication

 

Act as a reliable point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
Follow up on pending actions and ensure timelines are respected.
Escalate issues, delays, or risks early with clear context.

Expectations & Working Style

 

Strong ownership of assigned tasks with minimal follow-ups required.
High responsiveness during agreed working hours.
Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned with team priorities.
Strict adherence to processes, approvals, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

 

Previous experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or recruitment assistance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Professional, discreet, and process-driven approach to work.

Timeliness and accuracy of administrative and recruitment tasks.
Quality of coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to meet deadlines without reminders.
Compliance with confidentiality, documentation, and process requirements.

Role: Remote Admin & HR Assistant
Employment Type: Remote | Contract / Full-Time
Salary Range: USD 850–900 per month
