Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment execution
• Review and validate vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes (3-way matching)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payables in compliance with company policies
• Prepare payment runs and manage due schedules to optimize cash flow
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle inquiries professionally
• Record and maintain all transactions within Odoo ERP system
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay cycle and internal controls
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional proficiency in English
