Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Manage client accounts and respond to client needs and inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account records
Resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions
Support business development and client retention efforts
Requirements
Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or related tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
