Account Executive (Full-Cycle | SMB → Enterprise)
Location: Remote (EMEA preferred)

Our platform is used by forward-thinking organisations across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, and we’re now hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to accelerate our next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact commercial role offering exceptional autonomy — you will own the entire sales process, shape our GTM motion, and play a key role in building a world-class revenue organisation.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
Build and execute a territory plan to consistently generate and develop new pipeline.
Run strong discovery, articulate business value, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across technical and business teams.
Partner closely with founders, product, and customer success to refine our messaging, GTM strategy, and customer journey.
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline while driving predictable revenue.
Contribute insights from customer conversations to inform product development.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success as a full-cycle Account Executive in SaaS or B2B technology.
Experience selling into multiple segments (SMB, MM, Enterprise) or the ability to adapt quickly.
Strong outbound capability and comfort owning your own pipeline generation.
Excellent communication skills — clear, confident and value-focused.
Ability to run consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and influence key decision makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, proactive, and excited to help build something from the ground up.
Collaborative, coachable, and motivated by achieving results.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI, automation, developer tools or productivity platforms.
Background in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
Familiarity with value-based selling and modern sales methodologies.
