Role Overview
As an Academic Researcher, you will apply your expertise in research, document review, and professional communication to support next‑generation AI systems. This role involves conducting in‑depth analysis, synthesizing literature, and producing high‑quality deliverables that meet Fortune 500 standards. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all outputs while working in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Academic research: Perform rigorous analysis and deliver evidence‑based insights in your area of expertise.
Document review: Prepare, format, and review complex documents using advanced Word and PDF features (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction).
Literature synthesis: Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
Report writing: Translate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for executive audiences.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals to support diverse project needs.
Compliance and accuracy: Maintain consistency and adherence to guidelines in all deliverables.
Professional communication: Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or JD) from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated expertise in Word and PDF document preparation and review.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.
Proven record of producing high‑quality, client‑ready outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial document workflows.
Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
