Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in branding, design, and visual communication.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and should have the ability to translate marketing and branding strategies into visually strong campaigns. The role requires creative thinking, strong design execution, and the ability to work across digital, print, social media, packaging, and video-led formats.
Experience in AI-based creative tools, art direction, and video-related design will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative ideas and visual concepts in collaboration with the copy and strategy teams.
Create designs for social media, campaigns, branding, packaging, digital assets, print materials, and presentations.
Prepare sketches, layouts, storyboards, and rough visuals to present ideas clearly.
Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, brand positioning, and target audiences.
Take creative work from concept to final execution within agreed timelines.
Work closely with the internal creative team across different media formats.
Maintain high standards of design quality, layout, typography, color usage, and visual consistency.
Present completed ideas and creative concepts to internal teams or clients when required.
Stay updated with design trends, AI creative tools, video trends, and best industry practices.
Support in guiding junior designers and managing creative workflows when required.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or creative agency.
Strong hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, campaign design, logo design, typography, packaging, print, and digital layouts.
Other relevant design and AI creative tools
Strong portfolio showcasing design, campaign, branding, and creative execution work.
Good understanding of layout, color, visual hierarchy, image selection, and print production.
Ability to understand briefs and convert them into strong creative outputs.
Experience in AI-based design tools and video-related creative work will be an added advantage.
Ability to accept feedback, refine work, and follow creative direction.
Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI tools for image generation, creative exploration, and visual enhancement.
Basic understanding of video design, motion graphics, and storyboard development.
Experience in packaging design and brand identity development.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
