We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead the recruitment function, drive hiring strategies, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process from start to finish.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
Prepare and manage job offers, agreements, and other hiring documentation
Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with company policies
🔹 Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in recruitment
2–3 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in tech recruitment is a strong plus
