Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Odoo Implementer. The person in this role will lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment across various modules. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client business processes, mapping them to Odoo functionalities, creating technical and functional documentation, and coordinating with development teams on customizations and integrations. The Senior Odoo Implementer will conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement. The role also involves advising clients on best practices, contributing to implementation methodologies, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications

Strong Odoo ERP expertise, including configuration, customization, and implementation across core modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
Business analysis and process mapping skills, with experience translating requirements into clear functional specifications.
Technical skills such as basic Python and XML familiarity, understanding of APIs/integrations, and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Project management capabilities, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and adherence to PMI-aligned practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
Proven experience working remotely, demonstrating self-management, reliability, and effective collaboration with distributed teams.
Previous experience in ERP implementation or consulting, ideally in a senior or lead role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with other business systems (CRM, BI tools, or integrations with third-party applications) is an advantage.
Professional certifications in Odoo or project management (e.g., PMP or similar) are considered a plus.
