DoLab Academy collaborates with experienced professionals to keep its curriculum current, relevant, and aligned with industry needs.Role Description The Data Analysis Instructor will deliver online training sessions and workshops, guiding learners through core data analysis concepts, tools, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, teaching live virtual classes, recording instructional content, and demonstrating data analysis workflows using common tools and datasets. The instructor will provide feedback on assignments and projects, support learners through Q&A and mentoring, and help assess learner progress against course objectives. The role also involves collaborating with the academy team to improve curriculum content and teaching methods based on learner outcomes and industry trends. This is a remote, contract role.Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong data analysis skills, including working with datasets, interpreting results, and communicating insights clearly.
Candidates should possess proficiency with common data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, data visualization platforms, or programming languages used in data analysis).
Candidates should possess instructional and facilitation skills, such as lesson planning, explaining complex concepts in accessible terms, and managing live online classes.
Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and support diverse learners in a remote environment.
Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring in data-related subjects, preferably in an online setting, is beneficial.
A background in data analysis, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field (professional experience or relevant degree/certification) is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt content based on learner needs and course evaluations is advantageous.
