Role Description The Egypt Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the local franchise operations, overseeing online language course delivery, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academic functions. The partner will localize and promote Lingua Learn’s services in Egypt, build relationships with public and corporate clients, and implement marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue. This role involves supervising and supporting teaching staff, ensuring quality standards, and using provided systems such as the e-commerce platform and CRM to manage leads, clients, and reporting. The franchise partner is expected to actively research market trends, identify business opportunities, and execute growth plans aligned with Lingua Learn’s brand and guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and present services effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market potential, track performance metrics, and inform data-driven business decisions.
Writing skills to create clear, professional proposals, local marketing content, and client communications tailored to the Egyptian market.
Training experience to onboard and support teaching and administrative staff, and to ensure consistent delivery of Lingua Learn’s curricula and standards.
Proven experience in business development, franchising, education management, or related fields, ideally within language training or e-learning.
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort working with digital tools and platforms, including e-commerce, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages relevant to the Egyptian market is an advantage.
