Black Tie Consultancy is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant for a client actively implementing across the GCC. Functional or Techno-Functional – both profiles are welcome.
Role is based in Cairo, Egypt — Remote delivery for a Dubai-based client.

HCM Base Cloud (Hosted Employee)
Recruiting Cloud (Hosted Employee)
Learning Cloud (Named User)
Talent Management Cloud (Named User)
Time and Labor Cloud (Named User)
Payroll Cloud for UAE and KSA
Workforce Scheduling Cloud (Named User)
You’re the right fit if you:
Have real implementation experience on the modules above – not just familiarity
Understand how HR systems work in the UAE and KSA – the nuances matter here
Have worked in healthcare, construction, or manufacturing environments
