During this expansion phase, we are hiring multiple positions across different business functions, including operations, business development, marketing, market research, project coordination, and administrative support.

Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Secretary to support the CEO in managing daily operations and coordinating with our international manufacturers and exclusive distributors.
The role will focus on ensuring smooth communication, order processing, shipments, regulatory documentation, tenders, and distributor support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily communication with international manufacturers and distributors
Manage orders from purchase order through shipment and final delivery
Follow up on quotations, invoices, payments, production, and logistics
Coordinate product registration and regulatory documentation with manufacturers and distributors
Prepare and organize agreements, authorization letters, and other commercial documents
Support distributors with technical, scientific, marketing, and product information
Coordinate government and private tenders, including pricing and required documentation
Support the CEO with meetings, operational follow-ups, and weekly action plans
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and conferences with the CEO when required
Travel when required for distributor meetings, exhibitions, and company projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in operations, supply chain, distributor management, or a similar role
Healthcare or medical industry experience is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Good English communication skills
Flexible and willing to travel internationally when required
