Senior Graphic Designer

Rosella is a Germany-based full-service digital marketing agency. We help visionary brands in Gulf region generate results as big as their imaginations, and sell their products like hot cakes!

We’re looking for a Sr. Graphic designer to lead the visual creation and design execution across campaigns and branding projects, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent, and conversion-driven visual content for Rosella and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual content (social media graphics, banners, ads, etc.)
Lead creative execution for campaigns with minimal supervision
Translate briefs into high-performing, visually appealing designs
Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and campaigns
Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, and production workflows
Collaborate with copywriters and performance teams
Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency
Stay updated with design trends and tools

Skills & Competencies

3–5 years in design (preferably agency background)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and content creation (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.)
Visual storytelling and brand identity design
Layout and typography expertise
Knowledge of design for social media and digital formats
Creativity and attention to detail
This position is full-time remote
