What You Will Do?
Proactively source and engage IT professionals across Belgium and Europe
Screen and assess candidate suitability for various tech roles (Dev, Infra, Data, etc.)
Build and maintain a quality-driven talent network
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand hiring needs
Keep up-to-date with tech trends to speak the language of your candidates
What You Bring?
1+ year experience in recruitment (IT sector is a strong plus)
Proven track record in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, self-motivated, goal-oriented
Fluency in English
