Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry. The ideal candidate must possess an active portfolio (book) of high-value clients and a strong track record of acquiring, managing, and growing trading accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Bring and onboard an existing portfolio of active Forex/CFD clients.
Acquire new retail and professional traders through personal networks, referrals, and business development activities.
Meet and exceed monthly funded account, deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, webinars, and product demos.
Monitor client activity and collaborate with the customer support teams to ensure excellent service.
Stay updated on global financial markets, Forex trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements in the Middle East.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Must have an active book of clients with the ability to transfer and generate trading volume.
Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluent in Arabic is use for the Communication within the enterprise departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and (HNWIs).
Experience working with regulated Forex brokers.
Knowledge of MT5 .
