We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our organic marketing efforts across our veterinary clinics, pet pharmacy, and related businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and generating qualified leads through social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Marketing & Social Media
Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
Grow social media communities and increase engagement.
Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Content Creation
Create engaging content including reels, short videos, graphics, carousels, and educational posts.
Coordinate with veterinarians, groomers, and clinic staff to produce authentic content.
Write compelling captions and optimize content for each platform.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets.
Brand Growth
Increase brand awareness through educational and entertaining content.
Build campaigns around seasonal promotions and pet awareness events.
Promote clinic services, grooming, pharmacy products, and wellness packages.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor social media and website performance.
Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead generation.
Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
Collaboration
Work closely with videographers, photographers, veterinarians, and clinic managers.
Coordinate with external agencies when required.
Requirements
Experience
2–5 years of digital marketing experience.
Proven experience in organic social media growth.
Experience creating high-performing content.
Healthcare, veterinary, pet care, or retail experience is preferred.
