Bag Designer specializing in leather handbags to join a new collection development project.
You will work under a defined creative direction, contributing with your own design input, sketches, and technical execution from concept to production.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop bag design sketches based on creative direction
* Contribute with design suggestions and refinements throughout development
* Create technical drawings and production-ready tech packs
* Define structure, proportions, and functionality of bags
* Work on materials, leather selection, hardware, and finishing details
* Support sampling and work closely with manufacturers during prototyping
*Requirements:*
* Experience in handbag / leather bag design
* Strong understanding of bag construction and manufacturing processes
* Ability to create technical drawings and tech packs
* Experience working with factories or leather workshops is highly preferred
* Strong attention to detail and execution quality
