As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain the accuracy and quality of our healthcare provider database.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update clinic, hospital, and healthcare provider information.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of healthcare data.
Maintain pricing, offers, specialties, and provider profiles.
Perform regular data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure information remains up to date.
Organize and maintain structured databases.
Support data cleanup and migration projects when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare or digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM or CMS systems.
Basic knowledge of data validation and quality assurance.
