Hiring: Coding Instructor (Remote | Full-Time)

Are you passionate about teaching coding to kids and making learning fun? Join our team as a Coding Instructor and inspire young minds through engaging, interactive online classes.
Compensation (Please apply only if you are comfortable with the compensation mentioned below)
Minimum Guaranteed:
• USD 166/month during probation (first 3 months)
• USD 221/month after successful completion of probation
OR
• USD 4 per regular session
• USD 2.91 per trial session
• USD 3.49 per trial conversion reward
Whichever is higher.
Work Schedule
• 6 days a week | 1 weekly off
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Dubai Time)
• Weekly off will not be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging live online coding sessions for children.
• Explain coding concepts in a fun and easy-to-understand manner.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching coding online.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills (Mandatory).
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
• Roblox
• HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Scratch
• MIT App Inventor
• Code.org
