Join our team and build your career with us
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our Audience Insights & Content Strategy team. You will be the primary gatekeeper for the information that fuels our content performance reports and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Metadata Stewardship: Audit, clean, and maintain complex content trackers, ensuring every show, episode, and digital clip is correctly tagged across all platforms (Linear, AVOD, and SVOD).
Data Hygiene: Perform daily quality-assurance (QA) checks on incoming data from various sources to identify discrepancies or missing fields.
Database Maintenance: Update and manage internal “Sources of Truth” within tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS).
Reporting Support: Assist Senior Leads in preparing “clean” datasets for weekly performance decks and ad-hoc executive requests.
Asset Tracking: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all creative assets and historical performance data are archived and easily searchable.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data entry, media operations, or library science, preferably within the media, broadcast, or streaming industry.
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) and Google Sheets. Experience with Airtable or similar relational databases is a plus.
Media Literacy: A foundational understanding of US television and streaming terminology (e.g., seasons, episodes, air-dates, and platform windowing).
Detail Obsessed: You find the “needle in the haystack.” You take pride in finding the one missing tag in a spreadsheet of 10,000 rows.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
