The Partnership:
This is a commission-based partnership role. We are looking for dedicated recruitment professionals who can consistently deliver high-quality, vetted candidates for our remote operations. You will be sourcing talent primarily for the following roles:
Cold Callers
Telesales Representatives
Virtual Assistants
Candidate Requirements (The Talent You Will Source):
We require our recruitment partners to filter and submit candidates who meet the following strict baseline criteria for our Work From Home (WFH) positions: Language Proficiency: Fluent English with a minimum B2 level or higher. Clear, professional communication is mandatory.
Technical Setup: Candidates must possess their own reliable equipment,
including a PC or laptop and a professional headset.
Connectivity: A stable, fixed landline internet connection is required to ensure uninterrupted service.
Skillset: Demonstrable experience and high proficiency in cold calling, objection handling, and telesales.
