The Role:
You’ll own the day-to-day heartbeat of our social channels, creating scroll-stopping content, engaging our community, and growing our audience. This is a hands-on creative role perfect for someone early in their career who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, loves a good aesthetic, and gets excited about crafts, color, and community.
What You’ll Do:
Create and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and photo content that fits our brand
Plan and schedule a weekly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy
Reply to comments and DMs, and actively engage with our community of makers
Track basic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share what’s working
Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation (internships, personal projects, or freelance count!)
Confident creating and editing video on tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
Strong visual eye and a feel for aesthetic, color, and storytelling
Excellent written English
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote team
Bonus: you knit, crochet, or have an interest in crafts/textiles
Bonus: a portfolio, personal account, or content samples to show us
