Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our global Dayforce practice.
Responsibilities:
2+ years’ experience implementing Dayforce Core and WFM – hands on build and configuration
Must have experience with org structure, forms/workflows, entitlements, pay policies and imports
Experience being client-facing; excellent written skills especially when preparing detailed test cases and other documentation
Qualifications:
Must work UK time zone
Proven experience implementing Core, WFM & Entitlements
Global experience is desirable
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start and initial duration through December 2026, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Full time, up to 40 hours per week
Working Hours: UK time zone
