We are seeking a full-time, remote Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting market research to identify potential leads, and developing sales strategies. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Innovito’s reach and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Lead Generation
Identify and engage potential clients across target markets
Execute outreach strategies to generate qualified opportunities
Maintain an organized pipeline and support early discovery discussions
Partnership Development
Build relationships with partners and ecosystem stakeholders
Explore collaboration opportunities and represent the organization in industry events
Opportunity Management
Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams to advance opportunities
Support proposal preparation and maintain accurate pipeline records
Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships
Background in B2B services, SAAS, technology solutions, consulting, or related fields
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain organized follow-ups
Experience working within Gulf region markets is an advantage
