Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to support outbound growth through direct B2B outreach and appointment setting.

 

This role is focused on starting real conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team. It is not just about making calls, it is about understanding business needs, communicating value clearly, and handling objections effectively.

 

You will be working with well-structured B2B accounts, targeting decision-makers across established markets, with clear positioning, strong offers, and a defined outreach system already in place.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, understands business conversations, and can turn cold outreach into real opportunities.

 

This is a 6-month renewable contract, with performance-based continuation.

 

Role & Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Outreach

Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects
Handle objections and keep conversations productive
Maintain a high level of daily call activity
Qualification & Appointment Setting

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business fit
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
Book meetings and calls for the sales team
Ensure all booked meetings are relevant and high-quality
Communication & Messaging

Deliver clear and structured messaging aligned with our client’s value proposition
Adapt conversation flow based on industry and prospect type
Communicate professionally while maintaining a natural and human tone
CRM & Reporting

Log all calls, outcomes, and notes in the CRM system
Track performance metrics such as call volume, connection rate, and booked meetings
Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
Collaboration

Work closely with the lead generation and marketing teams
Align with outreach strategies and campaign goals
Provide insights from conversations to improve targeting and messaging

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
Results-oriented mindset with focus on booking meetings
Nice to Have

Experience working with B2B services and products
Experience calling or working with clients in the Australia market
Understanding of different business cultures and communication styles
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound tools
