Job Overview

Obelisk is looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow by bringing in new clients.

Your mission is simple: find, approach, and close new business opportunities for the agency. You’ll connect with business owners, startups, and brands that need creative services, understand their needs, and help them get started with Obelisk.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

– Identify and reach out to potential clients and business owners.
– Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and direct communication.
– Present Obelisk services in a professional and persuasive way.
– Understand client needs and communicate opportunities to the internal team.
– Follow up with leads and help convert them into long-term clients.
– Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and growth.

Requirements

– Strong communication and persuasion skills.
– Sales or business development experience is a plus.
– Ability to generate leads independently.
– Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
– Experience in marketing, branding, or creative agencies is a bonus.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This is a performance-based opportunity with recurring commissions.

Commission Model:

– 20% commission from the client’s first month deal value.
– 10% recurring commission from every following monthly payment, as long as the client remains active with Obelisk.
