This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Telesales Representative. The primary responsibilities include proactively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored sales pitches to promote our onboarding kits. The Senior Telesales Representative will consistently provide exceptional customer support, manage existing and prospective client accounts, and track sales leads. Additionally, this role involves assisting with client training needs and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
3+ years of telesales / inside sales experience — Fluent Arabic + strong business English — CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) — Resilient.
You don’t break after 20 “no”s in a row. — Self-driven. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
Bonus: experience selling training, SaaS, or to the Gulf market.
