We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineers to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and delivery systems that power our engineering organization. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery pipelines while bridging the gap between development and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery across multiple services
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across environments (dev, staging, production)
Own deployment processes, release management, and rollback strategies
Monitor system reliability, performance, and availability; respond to and resolve incidents
Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository standards at the infrastructure level
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision and manage cloud resources
Enforce security best practices across pipelines, environments, and access controls
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve build, deployment, and environment issues
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including observability, alerting, and on-call processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking, compute, and storage
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar)
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills with a reliability and uptime mindset
