Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant who understands that ERP is not just modules, it’s business architecture.

You’ll lead discovery workshops, translate business processes into clean Odoo configurations, and ensure implementations are aligned with real operational needs not theoretical perfection.

This role is ideal for someone who:
Thinks strategically, not just technically
Has experience in MENA localization (especially UAE, KSA, Egypt)
Enjoys decrypting complex workflows into structured and to-the-point solutions
Someone who enjoys working using agile methodology, favours providing incremental value and using LEAN approaches

Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Business Analysis

Create full project Gap analysis and implementation roadmap
Conduct structured discovery workshops
Map current processes (As-Is) and design optimized flows (To-Be)
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Define scope clearly (In-Scope / Out-of-Scope / Assumptions)
Odoo Configuration

Deep understanding of Odoo Enterprise Modules
Able to set up, and configure Odoo online and SH Databases
Deep Understanding of Odoo workflows and limitations
Write development requirements for Custom modules and customizations
Able to think critically and develop effective solutions using as much Odoo Standard as possible
Able to challenge business requirements and offer root solutions
Understanding of localization of payroll and accounting in GCC region
Implementation & Delivery

Oversee data migration (master & transactional)
Support UAT and testing cycles
Conduct client training sessions
Support go-live & hypercare
Coordinate with technical consultants when customization is required
Client Communication

Lead client-facing meetings
Manage expectations transparently
Document requirements and deliverables clearly
Protect scope and timeline integrity

Required Experience
2-4 years as Odoo Functional Consultant
Multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations
Strong knowledge of Accounting flows
Experience in trading, retail, or multi-branch businesses
Familiarity with Odoo 17, 18, 19 in the form of successful project implementation
Experience in MENA market is highly preferred
