We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to handle client communication, generate leads, and support the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Generate and qualify new leads
Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good English level (written and spoken)
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
