Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver an exceptional Customer Experience
Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively
Active listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
