QuietLab is a growing multi-eight-figure DTC sleep brand built on great products and great direct response. We deliver premium sleep products that help people live longer and regain their energy. Now we’re hiring a Head of Growth to help us launch more, scale more and become the most talked-about sleep brand online by 2029.

 

The Opportunity

 

You’ll run marketing day-to-day across our three core functions: creative, funnels, and media buying. You’ll direct and build the team, decide what ships and what doesn’t, and own the results. You’ll own the systems, the direction, and keep all three functions moving together from +30M/yr toward multi 9-figure/year growth.

 

This is a high-earning opportunity for a senior operator who can drive revenue from day one. High base salary, on-target bonus, and UNCAPPED EBITDA SHARING above target. The better you perform, the more you make — with no ceiling.

 

Responsibilities

 

Direct the team and grow the core business without the founder

Live in the ad account daily — look at data and set weekly priorities
Direct the creative, media buying, and funnel teams day-to-day — set the weekly priorities, decide what ships, what gets killed, what gets tested and why
Inherit and run our existing creative system before optimizing it (learn it before changing it)
Hold the quality bar across creative, funnels, and media

Creative — direction and output

Drive creative direction – the angles we pursue, the stories we tell, the briefs the team works from
Hold quality through systems, not personal approval of every output — so the team executes without you reviewing every piece
Co-build the AI creative engine with the founder — joint design, you lead day-to-day build and integration
Fully integrate AI into scriptwriting, performance analysis, creative ideation and production to 10x output without adding headcount (and later on also production)
Build AI-first processes that compound output without compounding headcount

Media buying — scale and discipline

Direct the media buyer on testing roadmap, scaling, and killing decisions
Give our paid channels the bandwidth, landing pages, and creative they need to scale
Manage our agencies — hold them accountable to results
Set the media-buying rules and train our media-buyers

Funnels — testing and conversion

Decide which landing pages, sales pages, and advertorials we need to ship and test next
Direct the landing page specialist on what to build, how, and approve pages before they ship
Hire and manage a landing page specialist (with founder sign-off in early phase)

Build the operating systems we don’t have yet

Build team scorecards and KPIs for every direct report
Run the team’s weekly cadence — meetings, reporting, decision rhythm
Codify the creative quality system (briefs, scoring rubrics, brand voice, review cadence)
Make the team’s processes AI-first by default

Build and develop the team

Hire a landing page specialist, a media buyer and other roles (with founder sign-off in early phase)
Performance manage underperformers — coach, PIP, or exit
Onboard new hires fast — productive within 30 days
Develop the team’s capability over time

By Day 30

Shipped one revenue-generating initiative in creative
Shipped one revenue-generating initiative in funnels
Shipped one revenue-generating initiative in media buying
All three shipped without founder involved in ideation, briefing or approval
Fully understand and run our growth systems, diagnose in writing what’s working and what’s broken, then propose a data driven plan on what changes you would make and why

By Day 60

Every team member has a scorecard with clear expectations, metrics, and accountability.
Inherited and run our weekly growth meeting
Creative quality system documented and producing winners
At least one shipped initiative at $100K cumulative spend, profitable
Landing page specialist is hired and launching new funnels
AI creative engine architecture agreed with the founder; build started

By Day 90

Mouthpiece revenue holding or growing without founder involvement
Multiple winners produced under your guidance feeding the account; paid channels scaling against a clear plan
Founder fully out of media buying decisions, creative production decisions, and daily team direction
Part of the AI creative system is running and adopted the team

Who This Is For

 

You’ve personally owned and scaled growth at a DTC brand doing $30M–$100M+
You come from the direct response world — you can spot what’s weak in VSLs, landing pages, and upsells and know exactly why and how to direct the team to fix it.
You’ve directed creative, media buying, and funnel teams together — directed, not just managed
You’ve hired multiple roles in a marketing department
You’ve built the operating system for a creative team — KPIs, meetings, cadence, scorecards
Strong analytical mindset — you think in numbers and make decisions with data
You use AI as a real tool in your workflow and actively integrate it everywhere in your growth department.
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and with high standards for yourself and your team.

(preferential) You’ve launched a new front-end product in DTC and scaled it

Offer

 

Compensation

High base salary based on experience and results
Up to 100% base salary on-target-performance-bonus
Uncapped EBITDA sharing above target
