DentFlix is a global professional dental education platform built exclusively for dental practitioners — think Netflix for dentists.

 

We operate through both B2C and B2B models.

 

B2C:

• Subscription-based dental education

• Pay-per-course programs

• Clinical mentorship pathways

 

B2B:

• Institutional licensing for universities and dental schools

• Partnerships with DSOs and dental groups

• Dental associations and licensing bodies

• Corporate and institutional training programs

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to drive both institutional (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (B2C) growth for DentFlix.

 

This is a revenue-focused role responsible for developing partnerships, increasing subscriptions, and building scalable sales systems.

 

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, KPI-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach universities, dental schools, DSOs, and associations

• Conduct demos and discovery meetings

• Build institutional proposals and licensing packages

• Negotiate and close institutional contracts

• Maintain long-term relationships and renewals

 

B2C Responsibilities:

• Support subscription growth campaigns

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams

• Improve conversion from webinar/trial to paid subscription

• Optimize WhatsApp, email, and sales funnels

• Support upselling and retention initiatives

 

General Responsibilities:

• Weekly sales reporting and KPI tracking

• CRM management and pipeline tracking

• Revenue forecasting

• Coordination with marketing and leadership teams

Requirements
• 3+ years experience in B2B and/or B2C sales

• Experience in EdTech, healthcare, SaaS, or medical education preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with CRM systems and outbound sales tools

• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Strong ownership mentality and execution capability

KPIs
• Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

• Institutional contracts closed

• Number of new subscribers

• Lead-to-sale conversion rate

• Trial-to-paid conversion rate

• Customer retention and renewals

• Weekly pipeline activity and forecast accuracy

Compensation
• Base salary + commission structure

• Performance bonuses based on revenue growth
