We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a SAP Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team.
SAP Payroll Consultant
As a SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of the Payroll business software. You will play a key role in delivering efficient solutions in Payroll, while ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations and best practices.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into Payroll system solutions
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including pre- and post-payroll activities, statutory reporting, and retroactive accounting
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data flow and compliance with legal and tax requirements
Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and support go-live activities
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues in a timely manner
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration teams, and external providers (e.g., banks, tax authorities)
Provide user training, documentation, and support for payroll end-users
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong functional knowledge of payroll rules, schemas, and wage types will be considered an advantage
Experience with internal payroll configurations will be considered an advantage
Ability to write and interpret functional specifications and work with technical teams
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
