REMWaste is hiring a hands-on Sales Team Leader to sell directly and help develop a remote sales team.
This is a player-coach role. You will be expected to close deals yourself while coaching others, supporting performance, and leading by example. This is not a pure management job.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales activity
Close deals and maintain personal sales contribution
Coach team members through live support, call feedback, and practical guidance
Help with escalations and sales improvement
Track team performance and support new starters
Required background
Experience in a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader / Team Lead role, or as a Senior Sales Agent with leadership responsibility
Still actively involved in selling
Clear record of improving revenue or team sales output
Strong English communication
Able to work remotely during UK business hours
Not suitable for
Sales Managers looking for a sideways move
