Job Description

Coregineer is an integrated engineering consultancy delivering comprehensive solutions across the full project lifecycle: Design Services (Structural, Geotechnical, Infrastructure, MEP), Tender Services, Contract Management, and Construction Supervision.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

– Portal Monitoring

– Partnership Development

– Lead Generation

– Proposal Coordination

 

What We’re Looking For

 

✔ 3-5 years BD/sales experience in engineering consultancy or construction

✔ Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure

✔ Strong research and analytical skills (portal navigation, project assessment)

✔ Excellent English communication (written & verbal); Arabic is a plus

✔ Self-motivated, persistent, comfortable with commission-based compensation

 

Compensation & Growth

 

– Phase 1: 100% commission-based (5-10% of contract value)

– Phase 2: Transition to part-time base + commission as revenue stabilizes (6-12 months)

– Long-term: Full-time role with competitive salary package
