🔹 Job Title: SAP Application Support Consultant – OpenText VIM

📍 Location: Remote (EU Time Zone)

📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Application Support Consultant with expertise in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) to support a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 support, ensuring smooth invoice processing operations, and collaborating with EU-based stakeholders.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 application support for OpenText VIM solution
Monitor and support end-to-end invoice processing lifecycle
Troubleshoot issues related to invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, and posting
Work closely with FICO and MM teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Manage incident, problem, and change requests as per SLA
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Support month-end closing activities related to invoice processing
Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, fixes, and integrations
Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and support procedures
Ensure system stability and continuous improvement
🎯 Key Requirements

6–10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on OpenText VIM
Proven experience in SAP Application Support (AMS projects)
Hands-on expertise in:
Invoice Management (VIM)
AP processes integrated with SAP FICO/MM
Workflow troubleshooting and document processing
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred)
Strong understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Ability to work in EU time zone (mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills to interact with global stakeholders
