Job Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our business operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across teams, improve processes, and build a strong foundation in a high-growth crypto/fintech environment.
What You’ll Lead
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Be at the core of daily execution, support workflows, maintain accuracy, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Drive Process Efficiency
Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help streamline how teams work together.
Turn Data into Insights
Track operational performance, build reports, and support smarter decision-making.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with multiple departments and act as the go-to person for coordination and execution.
Own Business Tools & Systems
Support and manage tools like CRM and workflow platforms (HubSpot, ClickUp, HRIS, AI tools, etc.), ensuring teams use them effectively.
Deliver Business Tool Training
Lead engaging training sessions, onboard new hires, and create helpful resources to boost tool adoption and team productivity.
Support Sales & Workflows
Enable the Sales team with the right data, tools, and structured processes to perform at their best.
Contribute to Projects & Improvements
Get involved in operational projects and play a part in continuously improving how we work.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or business support roles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and tracking performance
Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, HubSpot, ClickUp, HRIS, AI tools or similar
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading environments
Exposure to global or multi-market operations
Experience supporting cross-functional projects
Understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking
