Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting product-related sales and customer service efforts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customers have a clear understanding of product offerings. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing detailed product knowledge, collaborating with the sales team, and addressing customer inquiries to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Expertise as a Product Specialist with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare products
Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and product performance
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and foster relationships
Experience in Sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management
A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with Neuropsychopharmacology products is a plus
