Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Information Technology Sales Assistant. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team by addressing client inquiries related to IT solutions, assisting with troubleshooting and printer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves helping to identify customer needs, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize the sales process.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge in Information Technology and Technical Support
Proficiency in Printer Support and Troubleshooting
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support client interactions
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with IT sales processes is a plus
