You’ll own email and SMS campaigns for a premium oral care brand across UK and Ireland — using Klaviyo to build flows, run campaigns, and keep customers coming back.

The Role:
Bring new ideas for email campaigns based on competitors’ insights.
Own daily, weekly, and automated campaigns across UK and Ireland using Klaviyo.
Build and optimize customer journeys through segmentation and triggered flows.
Keep messaging consistent across email and SMS — working closely with creative and performance teams.
Brief the creative team and refine campaigns based on what the data shows.
Track open rates, CTR, and conversion — and share clear findings with the team.

You run multiple live campaigns without losing focus or dropping the ball.
You see the full customer path and know exactly where to improve it.
You give the creative team what they need to execute without going back and forth.
Skills & Experience:
Must-Haves:
3+ years in CRM or email marketing
Advanced Klaviyo user (flows, integrations, dynamic content, A/B testing)
Experience with segmentation, retention, and lifecycle marketing
Excellent English skills (C2 level)
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce
Experience with Shopify, Asana, or Attentive
What We Offer:
Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday, EST hours with 4-hour overlap with UK business hours
Compensation: US $2,300–$2,800/month (40 hrs/week)
Contract: 6-month contract with the possibility to extend
