Role Description
This is a contract and fully remote role for a Leasing Manager specializing in construction. The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing activities for construction projects, ensure adherence to construction safety guidelines, and coordinate project control measures. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising lease negotiations, and collaborating across teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Experience in Supervisory Skills and team leadership
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and standards
Understanding of Construction processes and best practices
Experience with Project Control to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with property leasing or real estate regulations is a plus
