Job Responsibilities:
Support clients and help them use the system
Train new clients on how to use PDental
Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to the system
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Patient and calm when dealing with clients
Ability to explain things in a simple and clear way
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
