Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI & HR Tech

Summary
As an SDR at Aikho, you will be instrumental in accelerating our market dominance. Leveraging our strong product traction and high conversion rates, you’ll scale our lead generation efforts globally, identifying and engaging key personas in high-volume hiring sectors. This role offers unparalleled growth potential and the chance to significantly shape the future of AI-driven recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage diverse personas including HR Directors, Hiring Managers, and CEOs, tailoring the value proposition to their specific pains (efficiency, quality of hire, growth).
Build and optimize SDR processes and toolstacks from the ground up, demonstrating extreme autonomy in a lean environment.
Proactively research and identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how Aikho AI platform can meet those needs.
Engage potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce and highlight the value of Aikho platform.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition to demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in multi-persona sales, specifically targeting HR, Hiring Managers, and CEOs.
Significant experience in the Tech Sector (SaaS, AI, or HR Tech).
Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy, including building SDR processes and toolstacks from scratch in a lean environment.
Strong literacy in AI & Agentic Technology (understanding of the Claude/GPT shift and its implications).
Excellence in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Adept at solution selling, translating complex AI capabilities into clear ROI and simplicity for clients.
Fluent professional English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Arabic language.
Proficiency in French language.
Proven experience in successful, fast-scaling startups (Scale-up experience).
Existing portfolio or deep network of prospects in high-volume recruitment/field-role sectors.
Existing network in blue-collar/field-service industries (Logistics, Retail, etc.).
Multilingual sales capability for global expansion.
Deep knowledge of the Recruitment & ATS ecosystem, particularly in mass hiring scenarios.
