AI Solutions Specialist

Entagl is an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables businesses, influencers, and freelancers to deploy intelligent AI agents across multiple channels — web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, email, Shopify, and more — with zero coding required. Our AI agents handle bookings, sales, and customer support autonomously, helping businesses operate 24/7.

The Role

We’re looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to ensure our clients’ AI agents are set up for success and continuously improving. You’ll own two critical areas: getting new client accounts fully configured and live, and then keeping those AI agents sharp by acting on real-world user feedback.

This isn’t a traditional support role. You’ll work hands-on with AI systems daily, shaping how intelligent agents behave, respond, and evolve for each client’s unique business.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

What you’ll do

Client Onboarding

Configure new client accounts including business profiles, services, products, FAQs, operating hours, and brand voice
Set up AI agent prompts, behavior settings, and channel integrations tailored to each client’s industry and needs
Test and validate AI agent responses to ensure they meet expectations before going live
Refine agent personality, tone, and conversation flows to match each client’s brand
Ongoing AI Agent Management

Review user feedback daily and identify areas where AI agents can improve
Analyze conversation logs and interaction patterns to diagnose underperformance
Adjust AI prompts, business data, and agent configurations to resolve issues and improve response quality
Apply changes efficiently across multiple client accounts
Monitor agent performance metrics and proactively implement improvements

Requirements

Fluent in English — reading, writing, speaking, and listening proficiency is required
Must have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection
Detail-oriented — small changes in prompts and configurations have big impacts on AI behavior; precision matters
Comfortable with technology — you don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable navigating dashboards and SaaS platforms
Problem-solving mindset — when an AI agent gives a bad response, you dig into why and fix it
Organized and self-driven — you’ll manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and need to stay on top of daily feedback cycles
Strong written skills — much of the work involves crafting and refining text that AI agents use to interact with end users

Nice to Have

Turkish language proficiency
Experience in customer success, account management, or client onboarding
Familiarity with AI chatbots, conversational AI, or prompt engineering
Experience with CRM platforms or SaaS admin tools
Additional language abilities
