Job Description:
We’re a marketing agency that helps home improvement and renovation contractors grow their business through Google Ads and SEO.
We’re looking for a self-motivated Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) to join our outbound team and book meetings with contractors across the U.S.
Our appointment setters book 40 – 60 meetings per month using our system.
👉 What You’ll Do:
– Making 800+ daily cold calls using a power dialer
– Following a clear script while also having meaningful, natural conversations
– Qualifying contractors based on their business model and needs
– Setting up meetings for the sales team (all you need to do is book the meeting)
– Logging your progress and insights in our daily tracker
🙋 Who You Are:
– Looking to improve your communication and leadership skills
– Comfortable with rejection and know how to stay positive
– Can follow structure while also being yourself on the phone
– Fluent in English, with clear and friendly phone presence
– Have basic knowledge of digital marketing (not technical, just understand what it is)
